LEGAL NOTICE

ANNUAL ELECTION OF THE SOUTH FARMINGDALE FIRE DISTRICT

On December 9, 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual Election of the South Farmingdale Fire District will
take place on December 9, 2025 between the hours of 4:30pm and 9:00pm at the South
Farmingdale Fire House located at 819 Main Street, for the purpose of electing one
Commissioner for a five (5) year term, commencing January 1, 2026 and ending December 31,
2030. All voters registered with the Nassau County Board of Elections on or before November
16, 2025 shall be eligible to vote.

Candidates for District Office shall have their names filed in petition form, signed by 25
qualified voters of the district, with the Secretary of the South Farmingdale Fire District, at 819
Main Street, no later than twenty days before the election, November 19, 2025.
